The Lost Ark Studio presents "Don't Ask, Just Let Me Know" by Lowly Spects, the first single from the Lost Ark Studio Compilation - Vol. 08. Enjoy...
Nominated for several Orange County Music Awards and the subject of write-ups from KROQ and the OC Weekly, Lowly Spects has quickly become one of the most loved folk alternative groups in the Orange County and Los Angeles area.
Fronted by principal songwriter Ethan Hulse, Lowly Spects released "The Hardest Man To Love" in 2012 and followed it with successful west coast tour in December of 2012 that received with high praise. Often compared to the likes of Ryan Adams, Wilco and Travis, the band has become known for memorable shows in well known venues such as House of Blues, Constellation Room, The Casbah, and Hotel Cafe.
lyrics
Don't Ask, Just Let Me Know - Lowly Spects
Without knowing we'll go
So brothers meet me in the morning
It is raining out my window
We might disappear into the coming winter
I suppose, that everything will change
If we just stayed here
But if you come or go
Don't ask, just let me know
Let me know
We're all moving
And it feels like what tomorrow brings will be good things
But will you just please remember
The more you give the less you'll be leaving
And it's heart of gold
Playin at the show
Letting me know
You gotta let me go
When it's close as love
Close enough to touch
I'm saying...
